Training opportunities

MHFA Wales (Adult) is a 12 hour interactive face-to-face training course which teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends, families and co-workers.

MHFA (Adult) is now available online.  Participants complete individual online study followed by two 3hr group webinars.  Teaching takes place over approximately 2 weeks.

This half day/three hour course is an excellent introductory course which helps to develop participants understanding of mental illness, mental health and how the two differ. 

A one day interactive course helping to develop participants understanding of mental health issues.  Also looks at how mental ill-health affects the workplace, how to create mentally healthy workplaces and responsibilities of managers

MHFA Wales (Youth) course is a 14 hour interactive face-to-face training course which teaches adults how to provide Mental Health First Aid to friends, families and co-workers.
