The need for mental health training...
1 in 4 people will experience a mental health problem in the next year. It’s therefore highly likely, given such prevalence, that you will encounter someone with a mental health problem in either your professional or private life. Mental health training has become an essential tool in equipping, educating and empowering people to deal with well-being issues and a variety of mental health problems. As a result of mental health training, stigma is being challenged and confidence is increasing in an area which has been historically misunderstood. Undertaking mental health training can also increase your self-awareness, giving you tools to manage potential issues before they adversely affect your own mental health.
